There wasn't anything I didn't like

Rusted clothes rack, no hangers, broken sink, shower was, too much to list. The place was absolutely the worst, dead bugs in the drawers as well as who knows what. Stains in sheets, cigarette burns bed cover, sorry but not any more pics, when I went to the front and said I’d like a refund he followed me to the room and watched as I got my bags. He looked around the room and simply said “there’s toilet paper, I had mentioned they were out of paper and other things wrong. Just checked my card statement, they refunded the money then they did another charge and took the money again! So I posted a review they charged my card, guess I’ll let the police and my card company deal with these people!

I've never stayed at a hotel this dirty in my entire life. I booked this place based on location and should have been smarter. The room was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The mattress and linens should be thrown away and burnt. I will never make this mistake again!

The location was very convenient for what I had to do. Also, the lady at the desk when I left was very helpful in trying to get me a taxi when the taxi I clled did not show up.

The carpet near the bathroom was ripped and seemed to expose the tacking strip holding it down, making stepping on it a big problem. Also, the sink finish was crazed and there was no stopper.

I have a lot of stuff with me,Security saw that and helped me load up his golf cart and took me to my building and helped me get ky bags upstairs. Very Firendly Front Desk upon Check-in. Something very peaceful about this gem. Great Value*

I really have no complaints. Keys were coded for entire stay, lights always turn on, housekeeping takes care of me w/ towels and anything I need. Restaurant in the same parking lot. Lots of nightlife options for a 3 mile+ radius.
