Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a cleaning cost of EUR 70 applies unless guests clean the accommodation themselves. Bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR EUR 10. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Towels are not available. Guest should bring their own.

Preis-Leistung für unsere Belange absolut ausgewogen. Es war angenehm ruhig, dies dürfte wohl auch mit der geringen Auslastung in der Nebensaison im Zusammenhang stehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auf den ersten Moment sympathisch. Für die Nutzung mit zwei Personen war in der Unterkunft ausreichend Platz, WLAN, warmes Wasser, alle Geräte funktionieren.

L'endroit est agréable proche de la mer et de Bruges Les appartements sont très corrects Je pourrai y revenir

Les appartements sont collés les uns aux autres et nos voisins pour les deux nuits ont été très bruyants. Ils ont fait la fête jusqu'à minuit, en criant, claquant les portes... C'était réellement insupportable

Das der Spielplatz direkt vor der Türe war, für unsre Kinder perfekt. Die Ruhe und das man eine kurzen weg zum Meer hatte
