Breakfast was just fine

The location is convenient to my bank etc.

It is dangerous and I felt unsafe downtown. The outside door dead bolt didn’t work. The first room even the manger couldn’t get it opened as the card lock didn’t work. The place is very run down and needs massive repairs and maintenance.

Stay away. This was place was disgusting. We stayed there when Booking.com described it as family friendly. The “continental breakfast “ was gross. The whole loaf of bread was saturated in mould. No one noticed my husband had to alert someone. This place just looked like no one cared.

The staff there are awful, especially awful, April. Should be fired immediately!!!! ¡!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too dark, too many arrogants especially the staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was great and central in downtown Brandon

The staff were rude and not helpful with any inquiries we had. When checked into our room, we discovered that our toilet was broken and wouldn't flush - when reported to the front desk, they basically said that there was nothing they could do and we had to 'deal with it'.

Location was good. Did not partake in breakfast.

Several things were subpar; 1) Accessing emails or the internet, in general, was sporadic at best and non-existent at times 2) The safety latch for the door to the room would not work 3) Between 8:00am and 11:00 am there was no hot water available for showers etc. 4) The knobs for the shower and sink were not working well. The shower would not stop leaking and the hot water sink knob turned the wrong way
