Great location, caravan was well equipped and appointed. It had everything we needed for our short stay

Everything!!!! Welcome....cleanliness....position sea peeps from two window...it was lovely!

Nothing....there's nothing to dislike....its a lovely caravan....on a lovely site...everything you could possibly want...situated just yards from absolutely beautiful views and the SW coast path!!!!!

Peaceful and fairly central to the town centre

Arrived at the site and no message from the owner to say what caravan we were staying in and parking was unclear Caravan was tidy and clean but the double bed mattress was awful springs poking up I have bruises all over and I ended up sleeping on the sofa We were not told that site passes had to be bought separately so couldn't do anything the first night as the pub on site wouldn't serve us without the passes and the shop was pretty much no existent and the restaurant wasn't serving food And although being a family friendly park the only things to do are swimming and playing pool and a small play park with a slide I have stayed on every site in brixham and have been going every year for 22 years and this was by far the worst year for me

As a self catering caravan it was very clean, good location and all the resources to make a great and enjoyable stay.

Just a side sea view but short walk to coastal walk.

The best thing is the location as i could see the sunrise and everything are good and well prepared such as coffee , tea bags, oil.... very enjoy to stay there.

One of the bedroom's door should be fixed, should put bathroom hooks, and shower water pressure need to be more powerful. one thing is normal when it is too windy, can feel the caravan a little shaking when sleeping.

A very welcoming atmosphere in the caravan full of festive decorations and a lovely welcome pack
