Clean, comfortable and perfect site for walks to South West coastal path and Brixham

Really great caravan, lovely and clean and great for the 3 children and us.

Shower wasn’t working but after a text sent to report the problem it was fixed by the time we got back later in the day

Location is great. Swimming pool great Some nice views shame about the rest.

Rude neighbours (live in ones obviously own the site the way they talk to the people staying) Was given a list of rules the day of travel by the owner which disappointed and made us feel like we could not enjoy our holiday. One rule No noise after 8pm but all neighbours out and dogs barking till 2am and then again from 6am and left to bark people loud in the morning so didn't sleep well at all. rules seem to only apply to holiday makers not live in ones so a very pointless rule from owner especially when you mention you have respectful neighbours. The main site arcades ran down or alot broken entertainment was laughable bingo with tuble weed. Pool was great but not overall worth paying for passes.

Had a great stay. Caravan clean and comfortable. Site quiet and within easy reach of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. Host kept in touch to ensure everything ok. Definitely stay again.
