Дуже затишно, зелено, зручний будиночок , все дуже добре

Не сподобалось те що протікав бойлер, вночі довелось зʼясовувати що з ним робити, а на ранок не було гарячої води. На наступний день його не відремонтували і ввечері ситуація повторилась. Також не працював сейф, залишили заявку, на яку ніхто не відреагував

Перевершило всі очікування, територія, чистота, обслуговування - на вищому рівні

Все було дуже добре, гарна локація,приємний персонал, номер просторий і затишний

води яка дуже неприємно пахла і шкіра після душу суха і подразнена. Реально треба подумати про очисні фільтра . Не вистачало каво машини.

Сніданок був смачним та великим вибором, консьєрж допоміг заселитися. у будиночку були проблеми тож нас переселили у інший аналогічний, персонал привітний, а на великдень принесли пасочку ). На території є невеликий зоопарк та різні фотозони.

Специфічний запах води

Good location. In general the hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is trying to be friendly, but their problem solving skills appear only after serious pressure.

First of all, there is no way to adjust the temperature in the room, except for calling reception and asking them to adjust it. In general, the experience was not bad, except for last night which turned into a nightmare for me. Technical Noise: There is a kitchen exhaust fan located directly under the room windows that creates a loud, low-frequency hum, actually across the wall. This makes sleeping impossible, even after extreme physical exertion. ​Night Staff Performance: The reception appeared helpless when faced with a technical issue. The response "technical service only works until 11:00 PM, we can't do anything, management is not picking up our calls" is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. They did not really understand whether this noise is typical or not. Lack of Proactivity: The staff did not focus on problem solving, and I had to insist myself on the location to a different room. The first room they offered was even worse , because it is located across the same wall. Relocation was only achieved on the second attempt and after significant pressure at 3:00 AM. Needless to say, the night was ruined, as well as the next day. They tried to be friendly the next morning during checkout and blamed 'new and unexperienced reception girl', however, it is clear that it is rather a systematic issue. So, in the end, their perception of the situation was like ' sh1t happens ,but what can we do'. They did not offer any compensation at all, for the person who lost sleep and the day of skiing because of their incompetence.
