Place is very conviennce and it's very clean. Staff is very friendly too. Helped me throughout my entire stay.

The soundproofing is not so good but nothing much trouble for me!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless clean and well equipped including a good number of plugs and shelves to place our belongings. The owner was very helpful and friendly, easy to coordinate our arrival from the airport as well as checkout. We also loved the little yard to spend evenings at (keeping quiet as to not disturb the other guests).

The only small downside is that the homestay is basically on a major highway so there is a lot of noise from the traffic constantly. If you are a light sleeper or in search of a secluded quiet spot, this would not be your top choice.
