A little bit longer to the shore.

The family themselves were really friendly and had a cut kid! I thought the rooms were big and comfortable and if you get the mountain view room like my friends had, you're in for a treat! Nice little balcony too! It was nice of them to give us each a couple of bottle of water before heading out! Location is by a beautiful lake too.

Having asked twice via the messaging system if my room is confirmed and them saying yes, still somehow this caused confusion on arrival. I arrived with two friends who shared a room and had their own booking. However my individual booking was somehow confusing to them, for them then to just put me in a random room with no key and try and get me to to speak to their boss on the phone which was pointless., This also meant I had to go down and ask the key not knowing if I even had a room for the night or 2. When communicating on the messaging service, they said they weren't aware I was booking for myself as one person and they started to say they had no rooms available for me. Does it not matter anyway as I'll be paying for the room even if it does fit 3 people? I even put the reservation as 1 person when I did the booking. I thought this communication aspect was poor, and they should of asked how many I was instead of assuming and messing me around. Also I booked the mountain view room and did not get this. Also be aware of loud conversations in the early hours that may wake you up.

Hosts are very friendly. Some of them speak English, and with other you can communicate using Google Translate. We arrived in Ha Long at night, booked that night as well, and we were let in at 6 a.m. Room was big and comfortable. They helped us with laundry ❤️

Location is close to Bai Chay Bus Station, but quite far from any other places in Ha Long.
