Cruise itinerary is subject to change, according to the weather conditions. Please note that the trip between your hotel in Hanoi and Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay is a 3.5-hour drive. Transfers from Halong Bay to your hotel in Hanoi will arrive at the hotel at approximately 17:00. A 48-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. === Shuttle bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 7:45 and 8:30 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 16:30 and 17:00 Private car transfers are also available upon request. Kindly contact the property directly using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. === Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. === Late check-in will incur an extra charge of USD 100. "It was cozy!! And amazing food!"

Loved the activities, loved the ship, it was a bit compact and old but cozy, and the staff was pretty nice. But the best thing was the food!!!! Hats off to the bartender and the chef and the kitchen staff. Such delicious food!

Cozy Bay is amazing! staff are very helpful, cheerful and accommodating. the cruise is very nice and super clean and the food was amazing. would definitely recommend it and the price is very reasonable compared to other operators as well.

"Superb"

This was fantastic value for money. As one of the cheaper cruises, I was a little worried about the quality before boarding. Yes, the rooms, boat and decor could use a little makeover. However, the rooms and bed were very comfortable, bathroom worked perfectly, the food was tasty and plentiful, the activities were great and the staff were amazing. They had great cocktails and a long happy hour. The best part was that I got to experience Ha Long Bay and all of its activities for a fraction of the price of everyone in the boats around us. Do not pick this cruise if you are looking for a luxury experience/treat as the facilities are basic (but all I needed!)… this is the perfect choice to experience Ha Long Bay on a tighter budget.

The karaoke could have been cringe/weird if I had a different group. Luckily my cruise had a great group of people

"Enjoyable experience"

I joined the cruise by food a 2d1n tour. Tuan the tour guide was amazing! He was so friendly, approachable and knowledgable about Vietnam and Ha Long Bay. His energy made the experience better. The staff on the boat were great and really took care of us. We were given plenty of delicious food and taken to do many activities. It was really good value for money and I would recommend it.

The pickup times were incorrect and my toilet smelt bad.

It is very comfortable, great value for the money and the food and staff were great!

The air conditioner was working but it was faulty, it dropped some water and you could hear a crackling sounds of ice when you turn it off
