Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to the weather, tide levels and operating conditions according to the Port Authorities. Embark time: 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM (Room check-in time is 12:30 PM) Disembark time: 11:15 AM - 11:30 AM. Please note that room check-out time is 09:00 AM - 09:30 AM. Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation. Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter; Airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement. Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. An additional charge will be applied for extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...) There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year). Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La croisière avec Swan Cruise était un excellent choix ! L'équipage a été au top et dans l'animation tout le long de la croisière. Beaucoup d'activités et de magnifiques paysages. On y dort et mange excellemment bien aussi. Fortement recommandé !

Croisière très agréable grâce à l'efficacité et la gentillesse de l'animateur Man "superman" et le manager Evan. Un rythme soutenu plusieurs activités kayak baignade karaoke pêche tai chi à 6h du matin visite d’une grotte. Excellent repas copieux et sans friture. Je recommande. Transport vers Hanoï nous amène devant l'hôtel.

Toutes les boissons sont payantes même l’eau .

Staff were really friendly, there was so much food (too much really) and the bay was beautiful

We dod a 2 night cruise. The night time qas the same cooking class for both nights as we had a new group joining for the second night. Night 1 the guests were left to sort the karaoke on our own staff member just left. We got moved to a new boat for a day trip on day 2, the food wasn't the same quality as our main Swan boat which was disappointing.

C’est une excursion extraordinaire ! Les activités proposées sont géniales. Les repas copieux et très bons. Notre animateur était d’une gentillesse très appréciée.

Big room, clean boat, Mike is cool and friendly

Massive and rapide meals, no animation, rude guy collecting money, « cooking class » is just roll some spring rolls… Caves are very touristic Unfortunately on the second day, you have the impression you’re not welcome anymore and they push you early as they can to welcome the next group Note for the staff: for the last day you should do juste 1 meal as a buffet-brunch and some dishes served at the table but 2 meals in 3 hours is hard.

Ein schon älteres Schiff aber schöne Atmosphäre, sauber. Der Guide war sehr enthusiastisch, eir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war rund um die Uhr Programm, das Essen war auch gut.

Wir hatten das teurere Zimmer mit Balkon, das direkt beim Motor liegt und auch der Generator lief nachts ständig. Achtung: es gibt nur 3 Zimmer mit Balkon am ganzen Schiff, es ist sehr laut und stinkt! Der checkout hat sich sehr abrupt und stressig angefühlt.
