Clean Cruise and cabins

Did not allot the room that we booked. Need lot of argument to convince. Food was very bad, set menu, very limited quantity and no options despite informing about the food preference. The restaurant staff was very rude. Not willing to listen as well. Despite it was clearly mentioned on booking.com about the transportation Hanoi-Ha Long-Hanoi, the agent from cruise refused to accept and wanted us to pay additionally. But finally another agent agreed after submitting the booking confirmation screen shot. The places visited by the cruise were not nice and clean.
