Too hot in Summer and Sunny go through room. Almost not survive. only 6pm-10am is ok for air condition help

Resort is budget one and do not expect miracles but in my opinion you get more than 100% what you have pay for. It's situated close to the shopping mall and walking distance from the beach. There is main Hua Hin road in direct neighborhoods, so before you complain on noise in your further comment, double check on the map if area is suitable for you. Owner is very nice and helpful. I enjoyed stay with my family.

LOUD! Being on the main road was much louder than we expected. Booked 2 nights but was tempted to leave after 1 but stayed the 2. We are not used to such an intense road noice and rumbling vibration of traffic.

We loved the individual bungalows with their outdoor seating area. It was very tropical. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to markets and dining areas if you enjoy a 30 or 40 minute walk. Also eating options close by.

it is close to the road but we didn’t notice the traffic noise when sleeping. There were quite a few mosquitoes around at dusk.

Very handy to the beach, not far from all the action. Very well kept property. Only thing is it’s on the main rd so a bit noisy but I turned on music and it was no problem. Good value for the price
