It was clean, the owner/operator/staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Its ratings and price is what attracted us. We concur with the high ratings for cleanliness and price.

This is an old worn out motel that shows a lot of use and bare minimum repairs and upkeep. The motel needs a lot of quality work and appealing upgrades. There is a sense there is little funding available in the near term to make this happen. For us, the motel is aesthetically unappealing. Hopefully investment, saving up resources and good management can put back the shine on this place. Then again, that may never happen.
