The receptionist can speak English. Everything is clean, I can get all toiletries items in the hotel.

Have to take off the shoes before entering the building but there’s no place to clean the luggage wheels.

Great location-close to the city square and across the street from a great large public onsen (Ōtaki no Yu). Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, free laundry available, friendly staff, and lots of extras provided (like yukata, towels, waters, toiletries, etc.). Had a great stay.

食事の際、会場が広い割にスタッフが少ないのか、目が行き届いていない。デザートをお願いしたが、かなり待たされ、結局来ないまま。 他は良かったので残念。
