It was fantastic: extremly welcoming people, spacious accomodation, fantastic breakfast. Even had their own Onsen. Very lucky find!

Second time staying with this gem of a small inn, they have really helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and a well attended bath on premises that uses the same water that fills all the onsens throughout Kusatsu. Would easily recommend to anyone looking for a more personal and relaxing experience in this amazing onsen town. And notably, don't skip on the included breakfast, it's truly delicious with personal and local touches.

We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were beautiful, well designed, and clean. The host was very kind and went above and beyond when helping us book a taxi to the bus station and allowing us to store our luggage.

Everything was great!

Booked a premium quadruple room but was surprised there is no bathroom. We had to use the onsen downstairs to take a bath. Otherwise would have been a great hotel with excellent breakfast.

とても清潔で、部屋が広々していたことと、貸し切り風呂がいつでも入れて快適でした。 朝ごはんがとても充実していておいしかったです。 豚汁が絶品でした。 生野菜があるともっとよかったです。

少し、湯畑には遠いこと。 まわりに何もないので、もう少し何かあればなぁと。 また、宿にはもう少し寛げる空間や、ソファなどがあれば、良いのになぁと思いました。 また周遊バスについて、現在スーツケース持ち込み不可を宿の方が知らず、教えてもらえなかったこと。 結局、移動手段がなく、バスターミナルまで徒歩となってしまったこと。

We loved the friendly and thoughtful staff. The breakfast was amazing, and private baths were easy to use! The room was also large and beautiful.

It was a little far from town center.
