Loved the location and the staff

The owners are friendly, caring people who went out of their way to welcome us (a group coming to Mosgiel for an event) - they even had the heatpump for when I returned at 9pm - such a blessing. There was a proper wee bottle of milk in the fridge and proper teabags for my evening cuppa. Perfect The motel rooms have been renovated - new carpet, curtains, sofa, bedding. Mine was a studio - perfect for an overnight (or longer). It is on the main road so it was close and safe to walk to BP wildbean for a coffee in the morning, and also to the event we were attending.

Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, great location

Close to a busy road

Location was great for self catering. The accommodation was very clean and roomy. It had everything one might expect. The sofas were pretty comfortable.

Communication. The issue is not that Housekeeping turned off my hearing aid charger at the walI for safety reason (which is not my habit), but that due to their failure to communicate this, without hearing aids I couldn't then hear the meeting I was there to attend.

Clean, well located, spacious and comfortable.
