Please note that payment via bank transfer is required. After completing the booking, RCN will provide further payment instructions via email. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. A mandatory bed linen package of EUR 8.50 will be automatically added to the reservation at the time of booking. Towels can be rented on site for a fee. Please contact the property for more information. Final cleaning is included in the stay but guests are asked to kindly leave the accommodations in a tidy state upon departure. Children until 3 years of age are exempted from city tax. Please note that all accommodations are smoke free. Please note that the free WiFi can be used on one device solely. In case connection for more devices is desired, a surcharge of EUR 3.20 per day applies. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 5.50 per pet, per night applies. Note that the accommodations may only be used by the tenant for recreational purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Recreational purposes in any case do not include the use of the accommodations by the tenant during the period that one or more of the users of the accommodations(s) is performing work, regardless of whether these are paid or unpaid and regardless of whether they are employed or outside work.
