The Hastings Inn Parsons

I want to preface that the staff here was very friendly! The rooms are extremely outdated, the beds are very hard, the bathroom was not the cleanest and should have more of a detailed clean, especially on the back of the doors where they are touched when closed very dirty and the edges of floors.

Hot water ran out 3 minutes into first shower. Tested it 4 more times over 2 days...cold every time

Hastings Inn is a quiet, clean small motel that is located in a small town. The rooms are clean and budget friendly. Good place to stay if you are in for a short term. The owner is a really nice guy as well. The pool is nice, though unless it’s summer it’s too cold to use it lol

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The first room had no hot water and the room they put me in next had hot water but it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, so I cleaned it myself. I was just tired of bothering people.

The staff was friendly. The evening front desk person went out of her way to take care of a couple of issues.

The property is old and worn down. Cleanliness was ok considering how old the property is.

Spend $20 more and get a place slightly better, the staff here are nice but otherwise it's just plain bad. Paint peeling off the wall, cracked and stained toilet, stained bedspreads and lampshades, we were freezing all night because the heater smelled like burning hair if you turned it on. This place will be best when it's a pile of rubble.

It was a quick check-in.

It was filthy. Bug corpses, mysterious splatters, someone's sock under the nightstand, gunk on the floor, hairs in the tub .....

Good location
