La Central Sevilla

The AC in our room was completely broken. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the staff made no attempt to fix it. It was so hot we became sick and were unable to even sleep or shower in the room. After the first night, we had to leave and find a new hotel. Our request to contact a manager was denied and we had to wait the entire weekend to get in contact with anyone. They only refunded us 1/3 of what we paid even though we only stayed there 1 night in which we had to sit downstairs the entire night as it was too hot in our room to sleep. Don’t recommend if you value customer service and comfort.

Muy tranquilo y cómodo

Para mí estuvo perfecto, pero para una pareja igual se le hace pequeño o igual a alguien le molesta que la ventana de a patio interior .

La atención de la persona que estaba en recepción . El detalle de poder tomar un café o infusión por cortesía de ellos. La limpieza de la habitación

Muy buena atención del personal. Bien ubicado. Hay máquina de café para huéspedes. Limpio.

Habitación muy pequeña, sin TV.
