Riad Amelia - Lalla Amelia Room

The place is a little bit hidden but close to the main spots in the medina and the new city. Staff is very friendly and prepare a deliciously varied breakfast.

A little noise coming from the terrace if you stay on the upper bedroom.

The kindness and attention to detail. Everybody at Riad Amelia was helpful, and any requests made were sorted in a flash. It's a short walk from Place Feddan, no noise from the street but as you leave the front door, you walk straight into the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

There was an issue with the hot water. It was too hot for a comfortable shower. It didn't cause any issues. It was New Year. I am just putting this in to try to find a fault!

The house is quite beautiful and some staff members were very kind.

The area is quite noisy at night and, since there is not air conditioning, we had to keep the window open. It was dirty under the bed. Some details in the house are not well cared for: open storage rooms, dry plants. The variability in the breakfast was very low, and almost the same was served every day (for 5 days). The space in the room could be better used and there is no place to put the suitcase or clothes, which made it uncomfortable. The wifi connection was very intermitent in our room.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The Riad is really well decorated. The breakfasts were really good. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well equipped.

The Riad is quite resonant, which makes it a bit loudy at night, especially the doorbell. It is located in a small street in the market and not well indicated.
