Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Parking is available for a surcharge, at a location nearby. Please make a reservation at the time of booking. To use a private hot spring bath, please make a reservation upon check-in. The baths are available until 01:00 at night. A traditional multi-course dinner is served from 01 April to 05 November, and crab or shabushabu meat and vegetables are served from 06 November to 31 March.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "A lovely place to indulge in the authentic Japanese onsen experience"

The location is perfect. It is in the heart of town within walking distance to all of the onsens, shopping, restaurants and train station. The property is beautiful and very authentic.

"Beautiful Ryokan"

Beautiful Ryokan and excellent service. We were given beautiful Yukatas to wear for the Onsen. Super convenient for the train station and Onsens. Beautiful view from our room. My favorite stay of my trip.

"Kinosaki-onsen is an attractive hot spring resort"

The location was excellent, near the centre of this pretty onsen town and short walk from the station. The kaiseki (banquet meal) served in our room was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Entry to the many onsen (hot spring baths) and use of a kimono was include in the hotel stay.

The meals included top quality ingredients but this did make the overall package quite expensive. This was the only negative point about to our stay, but I'm glad we did it once.

+ Staff did their very best to be acommodating to us eventhough there was a language barriere very often (only 1 staff member was fluent in English). Everyone was polite and friendly. + private spa was really nice + kaiseki was high quality and delicious + sleeping on futon was surprisingly very comfortable + location excellent, near the train station and konbini + Thank you very much for the service!!!

- Everything was very clean and it is not the fault of the staff and their cleanliness, but unfortunately there was a cockroach im our closet. - maybe for some people the kaiseki can be too much or overwhelming (since it is really really a lot of food) - no window or view But overall there was nothing to critisize :)
