"Not the cleanest, I expected better for the price and although the staff was nice I wouldn’t stay there again."

Staff was nice and friendly and the location was fine. This place clearly had quite a few full time tenants but there was no issues with noise or anything. No bugs.

The room was not well cleaned. The floors were very dusty and dirty. The bathroom seemed clean enough but there was hair in the sink when we arrived. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet thrown over a very stained mattress cover. The online photos made the room look far nicer than it was. The baseboards and finishing of the room were very dingy and cracked and broken in a lot of places.

My wife and I had a very bad experience we were there to run the Ventura Marathon on Sunday morning we got there Saturday they put us in a room that the AC didn't work and then the tenant on the side who I presume lives there hack the music loud and kept knocking on the walls until 3:00 a.m. which is the time we left for the marathon he hardly got any sleep and couldn't get our rest for Marathon
