The staff was very nice and helpful

The Tv did not work inside the room

Nothing.

Room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Stand up shower and the drain didn't work so you end up taking a nasty shower bath. Light switches hanging off wall. Hair and shaving cream left over from previous person. Blankets were yellow I didn't feel comfortable showering, laying down, or sleeping. I would have left but needed a room and knew it would take a week to get my refund, room was so bad I should get a complimentary stay somewhere else right? I mean I earned it smh sheesh

It’s a beautiful room with good potential. The bathroom design is pretty. I Ike that there is a desk and a closet as well as a microwave and refrigerator The AC worked well.

It was VERY dirty. Dust all over the room and in the floor. There were stains on EVERYTHING. There was a sticker on the bed frame which made me question if they even clean. There were red sparkles in the bed sheets which was very weird. The shower curtain was stained, the bathroom curtains, and the bed skirt. As well as other things. It had a weird smell.

Only had a microwave and fridge but no kettle or toaster or cutlery or glasses

The smell in the room didnt like. The floor didnt look clean. the shower was great: strong flow of water. The couple next door to us (our room was 119) were screaming at each other all night long. they finall went to sleep at around 2am. thats when I went to sleep. I was debatng whether to call police or go knock at their door. I was definetely calli g police if he hit her. But it didnt happened. They did argued 'forever' screamjng at each other.

The bed and TV

The freezer was frozen with ice, bathroom was not cool...floor dirty, broken window screen, no accommodations like coffee, water, not stocked had to ask for toilet paper and paint was old and cracking...nothing charming
