The staff’s attitude was quite disappointing. For example, when my phone’s charging port had an issue and I needed to go to the city center, I asked to borrow a bike for half an hour, but they charged me a full day’s rental fee. That was far from professional. Considering how much I paid, their attitude was really unpleasant. I stayed at the Jambuluwuk Oceano Resort next door before, paying half the price I did here, and I regretted not staying there for the extra two nights. I ended up renting a bike from Jambuluwuk for a small hourly fee instead. There wasn’t even toilet paper in the room — I had to go out and ask for it. Then I realized there was no hairdryer and had to ask for that, too. On top of that, there were lizards everywhere; I didn’t even want to step outside the door. I don’t think this hotel is worth the price at all.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation; direct beach location, varied, original, and delicious cuisine, comfortable, clean room with a veranda, friendly and helpful staff. In a challenging internal situation, the management responded very professionally, in a customer-friendly and far-sighted manner—compliments.
