Spotless , comfy, fully equipped , lots of extras like tea coffee, plenty of cleaning products, the welcome basket was so unexpected and a pleasure .

East check in, lovely and clean inside and well stocked with essential items. Lovely location and friendly people. The caravan had everything you could want and a lot more, spacious and homely.

A great caravan to stay in at a great value for money price. Everything was provided to make our stay as welcome as possible eg. Tea,coffee,biscuits, toiletries etc. Thank you !

Dislike isn't a word I'd use. The heating system gave off a slightly unpleasant smell when being used.

Great location just next to the seaside Everyone was very friendly and we were able to take our dog Floyd who loved it too!! Lots of little extras such as a choice of jams and hot chocolate

Verry nice place, we do fell like home, we find everything we need inside, plenty off treats, cleaning was extraordinary, we will come back for sure in summer time🙏♥️

Location and close to good local pub serving good food.

Generally looking tired needs updating. Problem with central heating difficult to maintain temperature .Electricity fused twice and needs checking.
