Close to Nongsa port. Property is suitable only for people who bring their own groceries and cook at the place. Villas are large.

For start, the property doesn’t have any restaurants (except a counter near pool that closes early) nor even vending machines. For breakfast you need to go to another sister resort of theirs ( this should have been mentioned in their booking.com page). Mosquitoes is an issue. Location wise, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. I tried ordering for bottled water in gojek and it got cancelled several times and thank god, I could find one at last. You need to take a cab ride for 30 mins to reach any mall. I would’t recommend.

Big Swimming pool

The villa was badly maintained. Dirty not comfortable bed, filthy kitchen, front desk stuff not that welcoming as we are non golf members. Facilities are far away, the staircase are not safe for elderly, mosquitoes infested.

need maintenance. better install toilet sprayer. blankets have stained.
