It's a little far from town, but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Came with family. They had a huge baby/kid friendly pool with was great.

The location was very far way from Batam Centre, there were nothing else to do other than the swimming pool. Each time you want to go to your room, you need to take their in-house van. Facilities and room were old. We had to call maintenance 3 times throughout our stay. Mosquitoes. Mosquitos. Mosquitoes infestation. It was horrible. Especially if you are by the pool. The room also had house lizard crawling happily. Would not recommend this for a family stay.

I was put in a villa where the fridge was spoilt. A smaller fridge was given to us, which was barely working. There were a lot of mosquitoes. We had to cut short our trip as my son got sick.

The property has everything you need in a stay including the kitchenware. You need to request for hairdryer and iron board. It has a private beach and and a jetty where you can can the *Sunrise*! So beautiful! The hotel staff were also friendly and they bring us to our villa in their vehicle every time we came back as it was a distance. You may request for them to bring you to Turi Beach Resort with their transport for no extra charge as well.

Mosquito was a problem and you will definitely get the bites. But it’s understandable as the stay is in a forested area.
