Great location, caravan perfectly clean lovely extras.

It’s clean and tidy, well maintained and has all the essentials and more you’d need to stay away. Large shower and two bathrooms- ideal for a family! The sun in August stays on the caravan all day with a beautiful sunset later on. This caravan is perfectly placed for the RAF Coningsby base, just a stones through behind it is the runway.

Great Location, Caravan was amazing with all the extra's that made it so much nicer! Kids loved playing with the toys and the caravan had so much seating outside. I agree with the other reviews communication was very good with Andy was very helpful. Often its very difficult to get to speak to anyone for help. So much activities at resort to keep kids entertained. Would definitely visit there again.

The caravan was perfect, so many home comforts and so much attention to detail and thoughtful touches from our hosts. The gentleman who we booked with contacted me very soon after booking to send me a welcome email, we booked with very short notice but everything was perfect for our arrival, lots of helpful information provided with quick and courteous responses from the owner. We were very sad to leave! We loved watching the planes, such an excellent location! we’re very grateful for the baby/toddler items that came in the caravan and made everything so much easier especially with a last minute booking, everything was just right. Can’t fault the hosts or the accommodation at all. We weren’t able to book onto any activities as we booked last minute but the staff at the park told us to check when we wanted to go as they get no shows and we were able to use loads of the facilities despite them being ‘fully booked’, so if you’re worried about availability in peak times- don’t be put off, just go and talk to the staff and they will do a head count of who actually turned up and let you in when they can. We will definitely be returning and would love to come back to this caravan through the host! Thank you for a fantastic little break! Everything was spot on!
