"Great stay & great location!"

Just come home from a 3 night stay and we had a lovely time! The pods were exactly as described and comfy/clean. Located right next to the park and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We didn't use any of on site entertainment or pool, but everything was clean and well maintained that we saw! Will 100% come back 🙂

The only thing which isn't really a negative, but more of a warning to others - the showers are powerful and soak the whole cubicle. Don't take anything in there if you don't want to get it wet!

The area is nice.

The farce of booking the swimming pool. Queue up for over an hour and then told it’s full! Only stayed one night

It’s great for the kids. Lots for them to do. Safe enough environment too.

Shame a massive queue every morning at 9am to register for an hour’s swim. Wish there could be a better way to do that. A ticket system you buy online would be great .

Nem tetszett a hogy a medence hasznalatahoz foglalni kell reggel 9oraig ,hogy legyen hely. A foglalashoz mar reggel sorban kell allni ,online nem lehet foglalni.

Field behind was great as kids could play. Right by the play park. Walking distance to beach.

No shade. No table and chairs in garden. No bbq area. No shade in the park. Too many dogs in the kids park. Dog poo everywhere. No dogs on leads Far from the clubhouse. No direction signs. Toilet doors don't lock. Bins overflowing.

"POD as described, park itself disappointing."

POD as described, beds comfy. Great location near Dawlish Warren beach. Easy to walk to beach and facilities in the town.

Needs better maintenance, doors loose and hard to lock, step up wonky, broken mirror stand. Toilet blocked only cleaned once a day. Pool impossible to get slots for.
