Hutchinson's Willerby Kelston with Hot tub

Was so nicely decorated to feel like a home from home. Was in a lovely quiet area to make for a nice relaxing weekend away and the hot tub was an incredible added bonus. The hosts were lovely and their communication was spot on. Will definitely stop here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a little break. The caravan itself was very clean and you can tell the hosts put pride into what they do.

It was our first time using this kind of accommodation. Lots of space actually , I thought it was going to be smaller . The hot tub was amazing but we just use it for about 1h . Some electric problem happened to the cable connection. They were in contact we us straight away. They try to sorted the problem but without success. We got a refund of £60 for this situation. The reason why we stayed away from Lincoln City was because of the hot tub and we end up not have it at all.

We didn't know, there isn't reference on the booking facilities either, the place doesn't have any kind of towels, dressing gown for the hot tub so YOU need to take some yourself . There isn't tea towel and oven glove in the kitchen, so take that aswell. No welcome tea or coffee small packs till you are going out for shopping like we did the next day in the morning . We arrived quite late and had nothing there for a hot drink :( The distance from the city obviously made us travel every time we got out and spend diesel but we just did this to enjoyed the relaxing time on the hot tub . So we were sad with this situation in the end because we didn't use it . The best option would have been to stay in the city . We had a pen with some movies to connect to the TV , as the information was a smart TV but it didn't work either. Don't know why since we do travel a lot and use the same one and works . Appart from that it was good .

The caravan itself is so spacious and modern, it’s a home from home and we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was clean and the hot tub was an added bonus.

There isn’t too much around the caravan, we had to travel quite a while for a corner shop so I would advise to plan ahead and make sure you have all items you will need for your stay.

Spacious, cosy and modern by a lovely river setting. Great host, Alex was very responsive to questions esp when the tv didn’t work straight away and gave good recommendations for local kid-friendly fun. Hot tub was amazing and made the stay for us!!!

No towels (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere), no tea towel or oven gloves so I had to use a sweater to take a tray out the grill. Previous occupants hadn’t washed dishes properly so had to re-wash them & wait for them to drip dry. A spare bathmat or something to reduce the amount of water when going from hot tub to bathroom would have been useful (we only happened to have 1 towel each that we brought for the break preceding this one) which we ‘saved’ for the shower. Tea/coffee/milk would have been appreciated too! Had to go buy from supermarket 15 mins away for a 2 night stay. No bedside lamp - had to use phone torch to read! Just minor things but would have made a huge difference to the overall experience! That said, we were very comfortable and had a great stay nonetheless :)
