Vista Al Mar, Seaview Caravan Park, Whitstable

The location was brilliant, the property was well situated in the park and it was quiet especially as we took a baby with us.

The only gripe we experienced was the staff in reception on site were not very accommodating and were very rude when we wanted to find out information on how to book a slot to use the swimming pool.

Just 15 minutes walk from the station, and 5 minutes walk to the sea shore, this caravan park was a great break for the weekend. The Caravan was exceptionally clean and the neighbours and crowd was friendly as well. The Wifi works smoothly and it was very easy to resolve any issues that cropped up.

I wish there were toileteries, bin bags included. While it was not mentioned but these are the basic necessities while travelling and even if you charge £5 a day extra but include these it will be helpful for the visitors. It does not make sense to buy big packet of toileteries from the nearby grocery store.

It was a beautiful caravan. It was just a shame that sofa bed was really hard.
