Jenggala Hill

Beautiful accommodation in a stunning location overlooking the coast. Very central location with the beach, bars and restaurants a short bike ride away. All of the facilities were in excellent condition and the pool and grounds were maintained immaculately. The staff were so helpful in assisting us with transfers and booking activities.

This place is stunning! The view, the infinity pool, the comfort of the rooms, I loved every part and wish I stayed longer! The bed was really comfortable, I loved the view from my room, the bathrooms were really pretty with the pebble floor. I thought it was really good value for money comparative to other places nearby. The view overlooking the whole of the ocean at jungut Batu was honestly stunning. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The best view on Lembongan! We had the family double room and to wake up to those views was priceless! Still has an authentic Indonesian feel to it Nike the flashie white villas which could be anywhere in the world.

The water didn’t stay hot for long in shower, but who wants a hot shower in the heat anyway.

Because your at the top off the hill for the fabulous view-It’s a 5 minute walk down hill to the boardwalk, but not to strenuous

The cottages are nice and the views are beautiful.

Our balcony was very hot but there was no fan provided (we stayed at rooms no 205 & 206). And for the price that’s similar to a 5-star hotel, it was quite surprising and highly disappointing to get such a bad quality of service and attitude from the staff. No breakfast was offered, not even a simple pancake & coffee, which was standard even for inns that are 10x cheaper. Bottled waters were not automatically provided (we had to ask for water). Leftover food and plates we ordered from the restaurants were not cleared up and cleaned unless we asked. During check out, nobody came to help us with our luggages up the stairs, even though we’ve told the receptionist more than an hour before the time we needed to check out. The receptionist was rude and refused to give us the receipts for our restaurant orders, saying we should just take a picture of the total amount he wrote on a piece of paper and said he could not print or make copies of the receipts because the machine is broken & the receipts had to be given to the owner. When we insisted we had to be given receipts, he tried to somehow blame us for wanting the receipts and told us we should’ve let him know earlier that we wanted receipts. What??? I used to really love this place, but unfortunately, if the service quality is not improved and the staff is not trained properly, I would not come back. There are other beautiful places that are actually worth the 5-star price.

Pool has the most amazing view ever. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable which is a plus and staff were lovely. Would 100% stay again!

We were so happy with the location, close to everything but much quieter. The view was spectacular, the staff beautiful, the food and beverages great, the infinity pool wonderful, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. The short ride to playgrounds, surf break was a bonus. We would stay again and recommend to families and couples wanting a quieter place to base yourself while you explore Lembongan from.
