Amazing view, location, pool, service and room.

Only downside was lunch and dinner food at the restaurant, breakfast was alright! Also the room lacked hooks/hangers for clothes.

Stunning views from room and swimming pool, staff was so friendly and helpful.

The infinity pool is very nice. Rooms were cleaned daily. Free shuttle to go to the pier (make sure you book it in advance). It was my birthday and they arranged for me a nice birthday cake at the check in.

Gorgeous pool and view from pool. Amazing view from the restaurant too. Loved the fruit bowl that came with breakfast oatmeal--large, fresh, and delicious. Everything we had in the restaurant was good. They drove us to/from ferry dock and carried my bag (which is great because it's over sand for the pick-up).

Too far from beach and town. I know that's how we got the great view, but still...It's a relatively short walk but not that pleasant, especially at night (uneven pathway, hard to see). Our deluxe room deck was a bit disappointing--if you can get a room with a view I think that would be better (but many of the views seem to be obscured so be sure to check). The view up there was great but there are very steep stairs and not great ambiance up there with the furnishings/astro turf.

The views from this property are absolutely STUNNING — especially from the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and Mount Agung in the distance. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the island. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy sunsets and quiet evenings. I would stay here for amazing view! Looks much better than on the pictures.
