"A chi ama la montagna ma non i turisti consiglio questi posti"

La piscina/spa a fine giornata e che per quasi 1 ora divieto bambini. Spostandomi con la mia auto ho raggiunto sia le città che anche le valli vicine, viaggiare in quella zona della Francia è piacevole (i limiti di velocità sono 80 fuori città e tutti sono disciplinati). Le montagne sono bellissime, tante cascate, ed essendo vicino ad un Parco Nazionale, ho pure visto tanti animali.

La pulizia francese è bassa rispetto alle nostre italiane (nord almeno). Non hanno il bidet e, tra l'altro, WC "da solo" e la vasca da bagno con lavandino erano in 2 stanze diverse (quindi per pulirsi dovevi uscire dalla stanza 1 e passare alla stanza 2).

"Ok resort in a stunning location"

This resort is in the heart of Mont Cenis with stunning views of the mountains from the balcony of the apartment. The pool area was clean and in general everything was clean. The appliances in the room were new or recently bought.

The resort doesn't feel like a 4 star venue, the decor in the apartment is in desperate need of refurbishment and the French style toilet doesn't even have a sink. We also had to make our own beds which again I wouldn't expect in a 4star resort. I specifically asked if a launderette was available in the complex before arriving and I was told there is one, only to discover it was closed during our stay. The carpets in the rooms are dark and old, curtains and sofa look dusty, all in all the accommodation was of poor standard. The water in the deeper pool is cold.

"A disappointing stay marked by outdated facilities, inconvenient spa policies, and excessive check-out requirements."

Enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, including pools, baths, and saunas, which added a positive touch to the stay.

Spa Towel Issues: Hygiene concerns were prominent as the spa’s towel policy necessitated using the same towel for both sauna sessions and personal cleaning. Towels were only changed when visibly dirty or wet, compromising the overall cleanliness and guest comfort during spa activities. Extra Towels or Changing Towels: Guests had to pay an extra fee of 8 euros for each additional towel, making it inconvenient and costly. The policy dictated that towels were to be used for a week before any replacement, further diminishing guest comfort and convenience. No Soap in the Bathroom: Essential oversight with no soap provided in the bathrooms, impacting basic hygiene. Dirty Jacuzzi in the Bathroom: The jacuzzi in the bathroom was filthy, with black debris emerging from the nozzles during operation. This posed serious hygiene concerns and significantly detracted from the overall experience. Check-Out Process: While using the dishwasher was acceptable, guests were required to put everything back in its place, even for early check-outs. Neatly folding down bed sheets was an additional requirement, adding to the check-out responsibilities. The obligation to clean the kitchen thoroughly, restoring it to its initial condition, further contributed to a more extensive and potentially cumbersome check-out process for departing guests.
