Cleanliness of communal washroom. And right off the highway was convenient for us.
Communal toilet for nighttime was a pain.

Front desk staff very helpful, room was clean. Above a pub so was boisterous at night but did not pose a problem for us.
I feel that we got what we paid for and had a pleasant stay.
