Everything was as pictured

Every time we asked the staff a question she didn't know (eg is there any detergent we can borrow), just kept repeating she was new to the job.

Our room was fresh and well presented. It had everything we needed and was quite spacious.

After taking our shoes off we discovered a large number of extremely sharp burrs scattered throughout the room on the carpet. We mentioned it to the service staff so I hope it was well cleaned for the next guests
