Kandos Fairways Motel

I loved this great old style motel overlooking green hills & autumn colours. It's very clean and has had an update to meet current expectations with everything we needed for two nights. The manager is terrific. There's very little traffic noise as the bathroom is on the 'road' side and the bedroom is sunny with a cute outdoor door table for a glass of wine in the evening. It's nice to have a walk and only a few minutes into the town centre. Landed s has friendly pubs and excellent pizzas at the Railway Hotel. Rylstone is only 6 minutes drive away and has a range of cafes & boutique shops. Kandos has the 'Way Out' cafe in an arts centre and an interesting museum. Views of course are stunning all around this area.

It's a typical Australian motel and there nothing not to like!

Didn't have breakfast there and the location was lovely. The rooms and amenities were very comfortable and everything was spotless.

To be honest, booking through booking.com made it more complicated for the owners. I wouldn't do it again - I will just call directly to the hotel/s.

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and kept sliding open.

Easy Access, quiet location, close to Golf Club. Good meals at club, but limited days Bistro open. Staff helpful and friendly. Will stay there again. Most comfortable beds we have slept in for a while.

Lovely people and attention to detail was excellent. Loved the fact it had a full sized fridge - very handy when travelling.
