Clean and central location

A bit small and worn looking

Everything.

The neighbors next door getting lots of cars turn up all night. A VE wagon turned up 4 times. Maybe just friends.

Blinds don’t seal the view from outside people walking past

Location was excellent. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Small room. No personal relationship with manager as was a coded entry and on leaving. The reception area closed both times. Minimal tea and coffee facilities. Frustrating entry into bathroom with sliding doors.

Being smothered in cockroaches while I tried to sleep

It was the only accommodation we found in this small country town, it was basic and nice I liked that we where in the middle of the town and could walk to shops and cafes

Things it lacked: toaster, peace & quiet as the other guests where extremely loud, more kitchenette facilities

Good location. Easy to walk to many local restaurants and shops

The bed literally ROLLED. No locks on the wheels. Shower curtains are gross. Bathroom had chipped tiles, small blinds didn’t close completely…I have had worse rooms there where you need to walk through a closet to the bathroom… tiny rooms where can hardly move. Outdated and the new owners have done the bare minimum …. New lamps, new bedside tables, but no new showers, beds that don’t roll… and $170 a night for Dungog is crazy but there’s no competition as they are the only hotel with in room bathrooms… won’t go again unless desperate
