Je n'ai pas pu bénéficier de ma réservation. Le plafond de la chambre était trop bas au point que je n'arrivais pas à y rester debout. J'ai demandé à ce que ma chambre soit changée, il m'ont proposé un changement moyennant le paiement d'un supplément. J'ai décidé de partir et j'ai demandé une annulation à l'amiable ce qui a été refusé. De vrais truyants.
