El olor en la habitación

De mensen waren heel erg aardig ook al was er een taal barrière en de locatie was top met een fijn mooi dakterras.

Er zaten veel kakkerlakken zo groot als 10cm. De accommodatie was erg oud er vervallen en heel stoffig. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was wel redelijk en we hebben leuke mensen ontmoet. Maar het voelde erg onhygiënisch daardoor zouden we het niemand aanraden. Echter, we zaten wel in de oude medina, dus misschien horen de kakkerlakken erbij.

The decor is pretty nice, rustic and traditional.

The service is terrible. The AC didn't work and it was very hot in the room and the staff couldn't be bothered to help. I was wrongfully accused of having broken the AC because I used the remote to try to get it working, but the truth is it didn't work and it has nothing to do with the remote. The attempts to fix the problem were laughable (he spent 5 minutes fiddling with the remote himself and said the owner's son will be here tomorrow to fix it (after I would already be checked out). I asked for a fan and to no avail even though he had a fan at his work he wasn't using. He seemed perfectly calm and unbothered at the fact that I was roasting and very uncomfortable. I also asked for a reduction since they did not uphold their end of the contract and he gave me a number to call to ask for a partial refund and no one responded to me nor did they answer the phone.

Sehr nette Betreiber! Top Lage direkt in der Medina, nur etwas schwierig zu finden.

Super accueil. Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre qui donne sur une immense terrasse avec une vue sur la ville.
