The place is badly run down, staff were nowhere to be seen.

Beautiful location, close to the water, local pub and shops, very well maintained site.

Our superior suite was tiny, dirty, smelly, the fire alarm was broken, one light didn't work, previous guests rubbish had not been removed, and the power went off during the night. We also asked for extra pillows, and our request was denied. Really disappointed for the price we paid.

Great location, despite the dirty sheets, bed was comfy

Studio apartment absolutely smelt terrible, like cat urine, and mould? Clearly a moisture issue in the room, walls were damp. Sheets appeared like they had not been changed, looked like the doona had just been pulled over and there was hair and crumbs on sheets.

So much space! Comfy bed and well provisioned.

Sofas need some support as they sag and uncomfortable to sit on.

Location was great

Hot water was hot first thing in the morning, after that warm. If we wanted a shower at night after being at the beach, it was just warm. We could hear the people next door going to the toilet, talking. Very expensive for no privacy
