The villa pool was cold but didn’t stop us from loving this amazing place, suggest maybe heating the pool if it was possible.

The two bedroom villa has just been renovated, it was a delight to stay here, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, beds were very comfortable, very clean and good aircon. I will definitely come back to stay

There was nothing not to like but a few nice to haves would be hot water in the shower and darker curtains for more privacy, but not a great issue for me

Location to restaurants, beach, convenience stores. The staff very friendly and happy to help. Nice and quiet

No safety box, aircon was old, a lot of gaps allowing mosquitoes in. Not terribly secure with slide doors that can be pushed forward allowing entry despite locks. Pool not so clean with noisy pump.

Quaint centrally located. Great restaurants and bars very very close by…. Great value for your money.

Location ..a very short walk to the centre of Sanur and only an 8 min walk to the beach . Price was reasonable...staff were great always willing to help and deliver a service in very testing conditions. This Hotel must have been great 15 years ago but has been really let go.

We were fully aware of the 2* rating but wasnt quite expecting what we found. Very strange set up with an expat living (nothing to do with the hotel) and running a bar right next to the villa we had in the middle of the hotel grounds and the main pool and sounded every afternoon like a mates private drinking club . It wasn't welcoming at all. The facilities themselves were not maintained at all .. the main pool and our private pool walls and floor needed repainting and renovation as indeed did the rest of our villa. Generally everything just about worked but not easily ..plumbing needed maintenance with just about warm water but pressure was really low. Curtains when closed didn't cover the whole of the windows. Lovely sliding and bi fold doors didnt work properly so we were always struggling to close doors. Incidentally the layout of the villa was pretty strange with the bedroom housing the only tv and an eating and seating /kitchen area with no real relaxing area but could easily be changed round to provide an decent area. The manager was very conspicuous by his/her absence but seemed to take very strange decisions like removing our patio table and sun shade without any reason. But after talking to staff we did get them back.

We stayed in the Villa as a family of 5, (baby in a porta cot) and my mother stayed in one of the bungalows. We absoloutely loved the villa and Kembali accomodated us by having two singles in the second room for our children, even tho they ended up pushing the beds together! The villa was clean and had everything we needed plus more, having two bathrooms was a great perk i didnt realise we would have! the fence around the villa is secure for the kids to play in and they loved the main pool followed by a swim in the small villa one when we were busy and unable to sit at the big one with them. The gardens are beautiful and so nice to just stoll around and for the kids to have a play. The location was perfect for us, quiet but a short walk to a main rd which had shopping and a delicious Warrung just to the right. The beach was also a short walk and a great spot for dinner. Everything was easy to walk to and any big adventures were easy to access with a gojek. The bungalow was gorgeous with a beautiful outside bathroom, perfect for my mum to stay at and sit on the balcony admiting the gardens and waiting for the kids to come and annoy her. Will definitely stay at again!

Honestly there wasn't anything we didnt love about this hotel!
