Great location easy walk to one of best bars in Sanur, Hidden Garden Bar. Good aircon

Room smelled of mold, and you could see it on walls. Paint was peeling in several areas. There was hot water in shower however the pressure was minimal at best. WIFI was only good on terrace nearly nonexistent in the room, tv was inoperable even to use as a monitor for laptop. It didn't appear any maintenance had been done since covid. Would only recommend it if they under go new management.

Took awhile for hot water but eventually it arrived. Tv was there but didnt work. It may have in the other villas though

Our two bed apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us all to relax apart and a big kitchen table for us to all sit together. We all loved the warm swimming pool and the location was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep and just a short walk to the beach.

Great main pool, staff kept rooms and grounds clean and tidy. A good price.

Overall the place needs a bit of an upgrade. It was a shame the villas pool was freezing as the tree kept the sun off the pool all day.

Staff were excellent and good to chat to and very quiet place peaceful

It was filthy. Dogs barking all night. Could not secure the villa. Pool was dirty. Towels were dirty. Bed was terrible. Mould everywhere. Toilet was disgusting. Booked two nights but left after one. Located at the end of a dark lane with less than desirable people hanging around. Sheets had holes. Plates were old and didn’t match. One knife. No teaspoons. Frying pan was dirty and old. Curtains were torn. Tv did not work.
