Berry's Motel

Location was great. Staff was friendly.

The yard and parking lot was a mess. Outside door dirty. Motel appears to be a run down, budget motel.

Place is old and needs a upgrade and clean up, The upgrade may be happening by the looks of stuff laying around

Everything was as advertised

Reasonably priced. Not a bad location.

Lots of renovations.

Overall, the property seems well kept and in a somewhat state of upgrades. The rooms were "perfectly adequate" - clean, roomy enough, beds were comfortable, and the towels were soft. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the fridge, the availability of the microwave, the sink, dish soap and dish towels.

The folding chairs at the table were rather uncomfortable to sit in long term, and there were ants in our room (I've already let the staff know).
