Friendly staffs, great meals there

This was such a gem! I booked it without looking too much because I needed to catch the Taira ferry the next day. It was a full on Ryokan experience with optional food service, and in-house onsen, and delightful family living on property. They drove me to a cherry blossom festival and we spent the day together before I caught the ferry. Would def stay here again. Yasuko is the best!

Japanese style room and bathroom Great food

Room is very big and in a good condition. Bath tub is big too and relaxing after long walking. The lady helped me to organise my next destination transport. Free coffee.

Taira has absolutely nothing interesting to offer, so if you don't have a car you will end up paying a lot in transport to go somewhere nice. Toaster and micro wave left for customer 's use have never had a cleaning in their entire life, I think! They don't incite you to use them! Coffee was not hot on the second morning, not prepared each day I think. The boy here could improve his communication skills, by smiling a minimum and helping people to go up with luggage instead of letting mother do!

It's a truly local experience. The host was very nice. Thank you very much again for your extra attention! I'll never forget your small excursion! There's a cento in the house. I especially liked the surroundings, It was worse to take a couple of hours to walk around, There's a really rare double cinto shrine complex (I liked it soooo much!), and a decent Buddhist temple. Also be prepared to see a lot of soccer balls! I mean A LOT :)

It was a bit dusty in the room (just on the bims). And instead of a futon it was a bed, which was not so comfy, because it was a bit small for me. And I got a grill sausage for breakfast instead of grill fish, which other quests got:(

Very quiet and comfortable, lovely room. Good parking.

Friendly staff. Very close to the train station. Staff helped carrying luggages to the room. Free coffee and tea available. Clean bathroom and toilet. Comfortable room. Very good value for money.

The room was on the smaller side. With the futons laid out, there was no space for luggages.
