Motel Maldon

Béautiful gardens. The rooms were nicely set up with ample tea/coffee/milk provided. Always a plus when travelling. There was a microwave and a refrigerator Réception were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. It was on the outskirts of Malden, about 3 minutes drive to the town centre, but Malden is a small township, but that might not suit everyone. I found it very quiet and peaceful.

Quaint and tidy hidden hem centrally located to explore surrounding towns like Bendigo and Castlemaine

Would have liked a card or pamphlet describing the additional facilities available at tne property, ie: discovered the BBQ and meeting/group dining room on the last day. Also being a wee bit of a ludite, it took a bit to figure out the TV

Good location. A kilometre into town. The layout of the motel is very nice. The owner was very friendly.

The kettle was black inside. Unusable. Needed a really good clean or replacing. There were cobwebs under all the cupboards. The beds were hard. We were woken at 5 am by the car that was parked right outside our door. V8 engine extremely loud.

Motel Maldon was perfect for our needs, close to all the locations we bird, warm, comfortable, clean and in a beautiful town. The best local bakery, and friendliness of Adrian, one half of our host team (we haven't met Olivia yet) topped off our wonderful getaway.

My partner and I slept well, especially after sliding into a cosy, warmed bed, but a more lux mattress would be greatly appreciated.

The pool was sensational! The new function building was an incredible build.
