"I was not happy with my room but the staff was nice."

I liked the staff. They were very friendly. Restaurant is nice.

Room was not clean. Shower didnt work properly, toilet was bad. There were some spiders and webs in the room.

the kindest staff ever, cleanliness, tidiness, I got everything I needed, they patiently answered all my questions, they organized an excellent tourist tour of Mostar. I have no words, I am simply delighted.
