On opening the door it was a breath of fresh air, the room was beautiful, clean. Good parking, very quiet. The room was spacious, beautiful bathroom. It had everything you needed. The room exceeded our expectations.

The only thing I could say would be for it to be a fair way from actual Bendigo itself it could have been a little less $$$ however you can't complain when you can't fault the room.

The owner was really lovely. I arrived early and she arranged for me to have my room early. The room was modern, very clean and large. Close to the Huntly Hotel which was a nice spot for dinner.

Nothing I didn't like.

Very well presented, new, spacious and really wheelchair friendly (unit 1). Nothing to fault. No noise from the main street. Bathroom / Shower very convinient.

no staff on site may be negative to some people, however this is becoming more and more common nowdays and I dont mind it at all. Check in and check out in no time at all.

The rooms were very clean , spacious, and comfortable

There was a noise like a water valve opening , water rushing, and then shutting off that went on and off all night.
