The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. It's hard to imagine that in just 24 hours the entire boat seem to know each other from the meals, excursions, and even karaoke. It was so much fun!

We had such a beautiful and memorable experience and would happily give this trip a 10/10. We originally booked with AClass and were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to Elite of the Seas, so our review reflects the onboard experience there. That said, the organization, communication, and service from the AClass team were excellent from beginning to end. Everything felt smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely guest-focused. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and completely at ease. The entire team created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere that it was easy to switch off and simply enjoy the experience. Every detail seemed carefully considered, and throughout the trip we always felt well looked after. The food was honestly incredible. Every meal felt special and beautifully prepared. One evening, there were both Vietnamese and Western fine dining menus available. I chose the Western menu while my partner went for the Vietnamese option, and we both kept talking about how amazing our meals were afterwards. They were completely different experiences, but equally delicious in their own way. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. We also really appreciated how balanced the program was. There was enough to do and see without ever feeling rushed, leaving plenty of time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The biggest highlight for us, though, was Kevin. He took such genuine care of us throughout the stay and truly made this trip unforgettable. He is warm, professional, attentive, and naturally service-oriented in a way that never feels forced. He remembered small details, always checked in on us with a smile, and somehow made everything feel effortless. People like Kevin are the reason certain trips stay with you long after you return home. His supervisors and the whole team should be incredibly proud of him. He represents hospitality at its very best.

暖かく親切なスタッフがたくさんいて料理も美味しく、子供の食事も別で出してもらえました。 送迎も6-7人用の車に私たち家族と一組だけで、ゆったりとしたふかふかした座席でリクライニングもでき、子連れでの旅行でしたがノンストレスでした。子供連れの方でハロン湾クルーズを検討しているけど移動に懸念がある方に自信を持っておすすめできます。移動の途中に一度トイレ休憩があります。 食事の時はフリードリンクメニューからアルコールも含めて注文できました。カヌー体験(幼児も参加可能)や洞窟へのボートも素晴らしかったです。ドローンでの写真撮影もしていただきとても思い出に残りました。楽しい音楽でのお出迎えや見送りも気持ちを高めてくれてすごくよかったです！ 旅行後のフォローについても一人一人の参加者を大切にしている気持ちが伝わってきて素晴らしいと思いました。 ぜひ、また機会があればぜひ参加したいです！

今回、たまたまのアクシデントだと思いますか、お花かフルーツに小蝿がたくさんついてしまっていたのはすこし残念だったです。 今後の改善のための意見として、アクティビティ用のサンダルの鼻緒部分が固く痛かったのとお部屋用のスリッパがあればありがたかったです。

Our stay on the Stellar Elite Cruise in Ha Long Bay was truly exceptional from start to finish. We originally booked the Stellar Cruise and were upgraded to the Elite experience, which exceeded every expectation. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the food was outstanding, and the level of luxury and attention to detail throughout the cruise was world-class. What made the experience even more special was the extraordinary service we received from the staff. We would especially like to thank Ryan (Butler) and Peter from Customer Service for their exceptional care, professionalism, kindness, and dedication. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout the journey. This was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had, and we highly recommend the Stellar Elite Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

This review is for Elite of the Seas, sister ship to Stellar of the Seas. Before check-in, we were offered an upgrade to Elite due to operational adjustments via WhatsApp. You don't always get what you pay for, but as it relates to Elite of the Seas, that phrase holds true. Sailing through Halong Bay with this company is one of our most memorable experiences in our 3 months visiting this beautiful country. First, we can't thank Harry and Ryan enough for taking such good care of us while onboard. We have met so many kind people during our trip to Vietnam, and these two young men are at the top of that long list. They doted on us, and I can't remember anybody doting on me since my grandparents, many years ago. They anticipated our needs, and met all of them. They communicated with us in English all the time. Ryan even brought food up to our cabin one day when I was sick. These guys were both so thoughtful. We only did one excursion during our 4 day 3 night sailing due to me having the flu, but it was fun. I guess we'll just have to return in the future to try the ones we missed. We cannot recommend Elite of the Seas enough. Save your money, then come here and get pampered. Top notch experience from beginning to end. We loved it.

Wifi was out during our cruise. It did not have a major negative impact on us.

We had amazing stay, the room was spotless and beautiful. The experience was so amazing. Out butler was Corbin and he did everything possible to make our stay the best. Thank you
