Alright location, staff was lovely as first night our code wouldn’t work

The room was absolutely freezing cold,couldn’t sleep what so ever their was black hairs all over the bed and filthy sheets and myself and my partner do not have black hairs at all There were crisp and crisp crumbs all under the bed and non of us ate in the room Now I’ve stayed here before and never had any problems but it wasn’t great this time

Location as it’s not far from my house so I use it when I wana get away and relax

On the night of 7/11/25 the fire alarm kept going off at 02:45 and the noise was unbearable

The beds were ok.

The room had no heating. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was no shower gel in the bathroom. For an aparthotel we were expecting plates and cutlery in the cupboards but there were none. Another thing was that the walls are very thin and there was so much noise coming from the next room which made it difficult to sleep.

Vecinii zgomotoși și necesită mai multă curățenie.

There's a good free to use car park. The room was of a good size. The bed was reasonaably comfertable.

Check-in Instructions didn't make it clear that my room was in a Bungalow behind the main building. I only discovered that after entering to the main building. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom on the first night and the morning! One of the window blinds in my room was stuck open so there was a bright light shining into my room all night. The corridor lighting changes from bright to very bright as I stepped out of my room to visit the loo - not good for trying to get back to sleep in the middle of the night. The floorboards creaked loudly and the room door cannot be closed without making a loud noise at night. Some guests decided to have loud debates downstairs late at night and the noise insulation is so poor that it could be heard clearly in my room. The shower soap dispenser was empty on the first couple of days. I didn’t check after that. The starcase carpet was badly stained. No one cleaned my room during the 3 day stay!
